Interact is one of the many clubs at Gig Harbor High School, it is a community serving based club that contributes to the community. Interact is a club that is connected and in service by midday Rotary Gig Harbor, the midday Rotary club Gig Harbor focuses on serving people through leadership skill with a motto “Service above self”.

Being a part in Rotary can benefit you in numerous ways including exchange programs, making new friends and scholarship opportunities. The Gig Harbor interact club contributes to the community in numerous ways including a car wash, Basket Brigade, Turkey Trot and the Giving Tree.

The car wash is on June 11, and their second annual leadership retreat is May 21, at the Boys and Girls club. If you are interested in joining this club attend their meetings the first and third Wednesdays 7:45 in the staff lounge.
