What Makes you Happy?
Here in Gig Harbor High school things seem very bright, contrary to the changing weather. Happiness seems to be in abundance! So today, I went around and asked all kinds of students what exactly “makes them happy.”
Junior Montana Poyndexter
Q: So Montana, tell me what makes you happy?
A: “Pretty obvious, but I like being with my friends.”
Q: Why could that be?
A: “Because they are a great source of fun and I like being in a group!”
Sophomore Texas Holland
Q: Texas! Tell me what turns your lights on buddy!
A: “Well, I really like not having any homework.”
Q: Why Texas?
A: “Because man it gives me more time to goof off and do things I actually like.”
Q: Good enough for me!
Senior Christian Belarde
Q: Christian buddy, what makes you happy?
A: “A bit of a cheesy answer, but seeing other people happy makes me happy.”
Q: Hey that’s nice. Why does that make you happy?
A: “Because Bill, its so hard to be in a bad mood when you see everyone else in such a good mood.”
