Doctor Strange Movie Review
Doctor Strange is a movie starring renowned actor Benedict Cumberbatch. Neurologist Steven Strange is a successful doctor in New York City and one night he gets in a terrible car accident. The crash leaves the nerves in his hands severely damaged. Without his hands, he can no longer be a doctor. He becomes desperate and turns to healing himself spiritually. Strange travels across the planet following a rumor he heard of a place that could help him. He finds his solution and much more because the people there are not healers, they are sorcerers. In order to heal himself, The Doctor must learn their ancient arts and ends up fighting evil along the way.
The movie is a good one overall. The characters are written very well. You get to know them well, learning what drives them and their actions. The effects in the movie are pretty cool also. You get to see the world collapse on itself, spells flying through the air, and some larger than life combat. It has all those things that people like: intense action, interesting characters, lighthearted comedy, and awesome visual effects. I would recommend this movie to anyone questioning whether or not they want to see it. So go to the movies, grab yourself some popcorn, and enjoy the show.
