Hi, my name is Torun, I’m a Swedish exchange student at Gig Harbor High school this year as a senior. I’ve known for a long time that I love writing and taking pictures, and when I was a child I even had my own “magazine” that I gave to friends and family. It was called “MTW” - “The Magazine of Torun’s Writing”. Even though that part of me is long gone, my love for writing and photographing still remains, and being a part of the Yearbook and Newspaper staff in the second semester is one of the best school related decisions I’ve made. I’ve met several new people and I’m looking forward to seeing the school from a journalist’s and photographer’s point of view!
